Heidi Guerra
Ms. Heidi Guerra is a graduate of Civil Engineering in the Philippines and received her Masters and PhD degree in Environmental Engineering in South Korea where she has been working as a researcher for almost 7 years. Currently, she is participating in several research projects that aim to develop design guidelines for the successful implementation of green infrastructure and LID in Korea.
