Jessica Fell

Jessica Fell is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Cape Town, South Africa with her thesis focusing on evaluating multi-functional Blue-Green Infrastructure. She has almost three years of experience in the water sector working in academia and her research interests include Water Sensitive Urban Design and urban water services provision in South Africa.
