Harald Sommer
The Author studied environmental technics and made his PhD in decentralised storm water treatment. He works since more than 25 years with the SIEKER company in the field of storm water related plannings and research. This includes storm water management and treatment as well as sponge city projects. He was working in many plannings and studies as well as national and international research projects. He conducts i.e. the WaterGridSense Projects for development of a swarm sensor system platform.
