Brittnee N Halpin
Brittnee Halpin is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Colorado School of Mines, where she studies urban stormwater treatment technologies. Specifically, Ms. Halpin investigates the fate of dissolved heavy metals in reactive stormwater filters and novel engineered hyporheic zones. Ms. Halpin is an active collaborator and student leader in ReNUWIt, the National Science Foundation’s Engineering Research Center for Reinventing the Nation’s Urban Water Infrastructure. She has previously worked as a consulting engineer and in state-level government.
