Irene C. Scheperboer
Irene Scheperboer is a PhD candidate at the Eindhoven University of Technology. She finished her master in Architecture, Building and Planning, mastertrack Structural Design, in 2017. Her PhD-study aims at developing a finite element model that simulates the load bearing capacity and failure respons of naturally aged, unreinforced concrete sewer pipes. Therefore, in the past years she has performed a combined experimental-numerical study on the failure behaviour of new and naturally aged concrete sewer pipes.
