Francis Heil
Francis Heil is a Principal Engineer in Water and Climate Resilience at Atkins, and previously worked with the UK National Infrastructure Commission as their lead for water, flooding, and resilience. Francis worked with Thames Water - the UK's biggest water and wastewater company - during his masters at the University of Cambridge. Francis' experience includes climate adaptation, natural capital, infrastructure resilience, international development, and stakeholder engagement.
